MORNING YOGA BEFORE BREAKFAST. Starting the day with an hour of gentle yoga and deep mindfulness relaxation, followed by a wonderful breakfast served at Själsö Bageri – that’s summer and holiday luxury at its best. This summer, you can experience it at Själsö Bageri. Welcome! Marie Stilling and Själsö Bageri I have been teaching Kundalini yoga on Gotland for 16 years. Whether you’re a beginner or an experienced practitioner, this form of yoga is suitable for everyone – there’s no need to push yourself or perform difficult acrobatic poses. We end each session with a deep guided relaxation. Kundalini yoga is a great choice for beginners as the exercises are relatively simple yet powerful. Breathing is one of the tools for going deeper.The focus is on softening the spine – our energy channel. You’re welcome to join us just as you are for Summer Yoga at Själsö Bageri. It’s the perfect way to start the morning, and if you’d like, you can stay and enjoy a wonderful breakfast.Please feel free to bring a mat and a blanket if you have them. Some are available. If it rains, we’ll be indoors. Tuesdays and Saturdays, 7.00–8.00 am, Weeks 26–32. No booking required. Marie Stilling
