About the business
A warm welcome to the lovely Själsö Harbour. This is our fifth summer of Summer Yoga here. Wednesdays from 9 to 10 am, when it’s least windy! Sometimes behind the beach huts, sometimes in front of them. Perhaps a dip afterwards. Weeks 26–32. If it rains, we’ll have a lie-in. But a light shower might blow over. Please get in touch if you’re unsure. I have been teaching Kundalini yoga on Gotland for 16 years. Whether you’re a beginner or an experienced practitioner, this form of yoga is suitable for everyone – there’s no need to push yourself or perform difficult acrobatic poses. We end each session with a deep guided relaxation. Kundalini yoga is a great choice for beginners as the exercises are relatively simple yet powerful. Breathing is one of the tools for going deeper. The focus is on softening the spine – our energy channel. You’re welcome just as you are to Summer Yoga in Själsö Hamn. Whether you’re stiff or flexible, everyone can join in. This is our fifth summer running. We all agree it’s the best way to start the morning. Drop-in sessions; mats are available to borrow. Wednesdays 9–10 am. Weeks 26–32
