I have been teaching Kundalini yoga on Gotland for 16 years. Whether you’re a beginner or an experienced practitioner, this form of yoga is suitable for everyone – there’s no need to push yourself or perform difficult acrobatic poses. We end each session with a deep guided relaxation. Kundalini yoga is a great choice for beginners as the exercises are relatively simple yet powerful. Breathing is one of the tools for going deeper. The focus is on softening the spine – our energy channel. You’re welcome just as you are to Summer Yoga in Ljugarn. Whether you’re stiff or new to it, everyone can join in. This is our 16th summer. We all agree it’s the best way to start the morning. Drop-in sessions; mats are available to borrow. Mondays and Thursdays 9–10.30. Weeks 26–31
