Summer Yoga & Sound Healing in Visby city centre A warm welcome to Self Love by Visby – an oasis of mindfulness, movement and rest right in the heart of Visby’s city centre. During weeks 27–33, you’ll be able to take part in our summer yoga and sound healing sessions. On sunny days, we hold yoga in our cosy courtyard; otherwise, we’re indoors. Sound healing sessions are always held indoors. No prior experience is required and everyone is welcome. Mats are available to borrow. Yogalates – A strengthening blend of yoga and Pilates – focusing on core strength, stability and flowing movements. A powerful yet gentle start to the day.
