Come and join us for seated exercise – we meet every Friday at 10 o’clock. Seated exercise is a great form of exercise for those who might find it a bit difficult to stand and exercise. We meet every Friday to keep our bodies active together. We start at 10.00 and carry on for about 30 minutes. Starting 16 August.
