About the business

Next to Etelhem Pottery, you can try your hand at pottery for an hour or two. There’s no limit on the amount of clay, but you’ll only have time to work with about 6–7 lumps in an hour. Instructions are provided via a video on the pottery’s website. We are open from 10am to 6pm every day. In the evenings, you can book a three-hour course with an instructor. There are a total of thirteen potter’s wheels, both indoors and outdoors, but all under cover. We do not fire any pieces on site, but you are welcome to take your creations home as they will dry naturally.
