Then you can enjoy our sinfully delicious cheese fondue, flavoured with beer from our neighbours at Barlingbo Brewery, here at Bryggeriet Mat & Malt! A warm welcome! 🫕🧀🍺 Fondue is a true winter classic, and few things are as enjoyable as gathering round a fondue pot with family, friends or colleagues. From 1 September to the end of April, we at Bryggeriet Mat Malt therefore offer atmospheric fondue dinners for groups! We’ve put together a lovely two-course menu, featuring Bryggeriet’s classic cheese fondue – flavoured with beer from our neighbours at Barlingbo Bryggeri – as the main course. We use delicious cheeses from Wisby Ost and serve bread cubes, cornichons, smoked ham and a fresh cucumber salad with the fondue.What’s included:***Bryggeriet’s cheese fondue: Gruyère | Cheddar | flavoured with Barlingbo’s light lager, garlic and white pepper | bread cubes | cornichons | smoked ham | cucumber salad***Toblerone mousse with Cointreau***WaterPrice: 360 SEK per person.
