Omställningskultur’s accelerator programme offers a development journey for cultural enterprises. The journey is characterised by sustainable development, innovation, entrepreneurship and the 2030 Agenda, all within a creative atmosphere. You and your business will receive individual mentoring and take part in joint, creative workshops. New networks are fostered, and the participating companies can support one another both throughout the process and in the future. To begin with, we provide inspiration and knowledge about sustainability to foster optimism for the future. The accelerator’s experts will assess your application from various sustainability perspectives. We’ll help you develop your idea into a concept. The Accelerator clarifies how you can differentiate yourself and create unique value. Best practice examples provide inspiration, and we’ll help each other grow in a green and sustainable way. Your contact person at UWe will coach you through the process. You’ll finish by drawing up an action plan so that your idea is ready for the next step. The aim is to create sustainable business opportunities and find customers for your offering. Finally, you’ll have the opportunity to showcase your sustainable business development to a wider audience outside the region. The process is led by UWe in collaboration with Omställningskultur. UWe sees itself as a catalyst and driver of change processes that enable companies, businesses and organisations to do good business. UWe wants to see participants in the Accelerator programme increase their competitiveness and business opportunities, whilst also contributing to a sustainable society.Each company’s idea will be presented at Omställningskultur’s trade fair, which is scheduled for winter 2022/23.
