You’ll have time to get a feel for, try out and explore the various techniques used in reflexology.We practise on ourselves and on each other in a calm, safe and supportive environment, where there is scope for questions, curiosity and self-directed learning. The aim of the course The aim of the course is for you to feel confident in using simple reflexology techniques in your everyday life. By the end of the course, you will have a basic understanding of reflexology and practical tools to help yourself and your loved ones achieve greater balance, calm and wellbeing.The course also aims to deepen your understanding of the body’s own healing capacity and how small, conscious efforts can make a big difference over time.Good to know: Please bring whatever you’d like to eat and drink during the course; a microwave and fridge are available. Course leader: The course is led by Eva Eneqvist from Ewas Hälsostuga. Eva has been a qualified reflexologist for four years and also works as a lymphatic massage therapist and health consultant. With her wide-ranging experience and her calm, empathetic approach, she creates a safe and inspiring environment where you have the opportunity to learn, explore and develop at your own pace.
