A Summer Evening with Husfolket

Husfolket is Vårdklockan Church’s own house band. They are a musical community where the joy of playing takes centre stage and where the music is allowed to unfold in the moment. Their repertoire moves freely between country, folk songs, the odd old protest song, and whatever else happens to strike the right note for the evening. The music is often based on lyrics written by Tomas Boström, with down-to-earth themes of faith, life and longing. It’s a simple and lively concert where a sense of presence and community characterises the music.
