Please register your party by email to info@farostrandcafe.seUppge, stating names, the number of guests for meat/fish/vegetarian, the number of children in each age group (3–5 years or 6–12 years), and any special dietary requirements.MAIN COURSE – MEAT: Smoked veal tri-tip, fresh herb salsa, shallots and chilli, red wine sauce, thyme emulsion. Served with deep-fried smashed potatoes. FISH: (pre-booked dietary requirement) Butter-glazed cod fillet, green asparagus, white wine sauce, chives. Served with deep-fried smashed potatoes. VEGETARIAN: (special dietary request must be booked in advance) Butter-fried cauliflower, fresh herb salsa, shallots and chilli, red wine sauce, thyme emulsion. Served with deep-fried smashed potatoes. Children’s main course: Beef Bea with roast potatoes. For the youngest children, there is also the option of pancakes with jam and cream. DESSERT: Fresh Swedish strawberries with whipped cream.
