Midsummer celebrations at Polhemsgården

In the heart of Tingstäde, at Polhemsgården, a traditional Midsummer celebration takes place, featuring the decoration of the maypole with flowers, folk dancing, a raffle, ring dancing and more. Bring your own refreshments or buy some in the barn. Accessibility: There is a large car park and a toilet trailer, as well as what is probably Gotland’s finest outdoor toilet. If we’re lucky, the water lilies in the Tingstädeån river will have started to bloom – beautiful white water lilies. The celebrations begin as early as Thursday evening, 18 June, at 7 pm with the decoration of the Midsummer maypole. Midsummer’s Eve at 12:00
