Christmas here at Lindgården! What does ‘the sustainable Christmas buffet’ mean? Just as important as it is for us to preserve and safeguard our heritage and history is ensuring a sustainable tomorrow and future for generations to come.That is why, for the fifth year running, we have followed our passion and created a sustainable Christmas buffet. Ironically, we have found that the more sustainably we try to work and create, the more traditional the Christmas buffet becomes.The approach we’ve chosen is to try to source as many local and locally produced ingredients as possible, and to serve as many eco-labelled products as we can. Everything on the Christmas buffet has a long history before it ends up on the table. Please feel free to ask, and we’ll be happy to tell you more. It’s been a long journey to get here, involving a great deal of planning and a focus on what matters most to us – sustainability.We’re constantly working on development, making the changes we believe are essential to building a Sustainable Plejs. We’re humbled by the fact that we’ve only just begun to chart the course that will guide our work forward.
