Italian A1, Part 2

Prerequisites: This course is for those who have completed Italian A2 Part 1 or have otherwise acquired equivalent knowledge. You are already able to recognise simple phrases, talk briefly about yourself and communicate with someone who speaks slowly and clearly.Objectives: The aim of level A2 is for you to be able to understand phrases relating to personal matters and to describe yourself and your surroundings in simple terms. Content: On this course, you will learn: Course content: During the course, you will:understand words and phrases relating to your personal circumstances; grammar; discuss everyday topics and activities close to your own life; read and write simple texts and messages; culture and society. Course structure: Teaching is mainly in Italian from the outset, with elements of English and Swedish used for translations where necessary. The focus is on oral communication. You are expected to participate actively in lessons and will have ample opportunity to influence the course content and structure. To reinforce your learning, we recommend that you set aside a few hours for self-study between sessions. Tutor Your course tutor is a native Italian speaker and is academically qualified with experience in teaching. Course materials Course materials are not included in the course fee. You will be informed of which book is used and where it can be purchased when you receive your course invitation.
