Healthy Morning in Fröjel
Start your day in peace and quiet, focusing on wellbeing, relaxation and health. We combine mindful breathing with gentle movements that benefit the nervous system, the lymphatic system and the fascia. You’ll gain a basic understanding of the importance of breathing for your health and learn simple techniques you can use in your daily life. Please wear comfortable clothing (suitable for the weather, as we’ll be outdoors) that allows you to move and breathe freely. Please bring a yoga mat, a blanket and a water bottle. Afterwards, I’ll treat you to a health shot. About me: I’m trained in mindful breathing and somatic practices for holistic health, which I practise daily.
