Women’s Day

Ladies’ Day at Visbytravet is a race day steeped in tradition, with a history stretching far back in time.We welcome Sweden’s leading female jockeys, who will be competing for the Gotland Jewel – an exclusive prize created by jewellery designer Annika Gustavsson Jewellery and awarded to the race winner. In the spectator area, you’ll find: - Astu Stompers Lindancers, who will be putting on a show during the evening and offering line dancing taster sessions. - Gotland distilleries on site in the drinks marquee.- The Chill Play corner will feature activities such as a raffle, ball-throwing and face painting. - Hobby horse races, a bouncy castle and more. - A hairdresser offering simple hair styling. - Hat-making. Hat parade. The traditional hat parade will take place again this year. More information to follow. As a participant in the hat parade, you’ll be competing for the award for the parade’s most beautiful hat, with the chance to win a piece of designer jewellery from Annika Gustavsson Jewellery.Come and enjoy the summer evening with delicious food and drink.
