4-day workshop in circus-inspired sound and balance arts for children aged 4–6 and adults

Welcome to Vibrationsverket’s unique take on a circus-inspired summer school, based on the phenomenal coordination skills of the senses! We focus on listening, balancing, juggling and making music, but we might also explore crafts and architecture. Why is that? Because we believe it’s important for children to take their future into their own hands! A 4-day workshop in the big, beautiful white tent in Anga, opposite Anga Prästänge. This year marks 20 years in Anga! For children aged 4–6, together with an actively participating parent(s), grandparent(s) or other close adult. The workshop is for you to enjoy together! It concludes with a joint performance for parents, relatives and friends, in which everyone takes part according to their wishes and abilities.*There may also be opportunities to play with baskets and structures, as this summer, in collaboration with Region Gotland’s development organisation, Gotland Museum and Oska Studio AB, we have received a project grant to work with basketry, weaving, architecture and designed living environments. Exciting! Tuesday 14 July – Friday 17 July. Tuesday – Thursday 10.30 am – 12.30 pm; Friday 1.00 pm – 3.00 pm. Closing performance at 2.00 pm. Price: 800 SEK per participant (both children and adults count as participants, i.e. 1,600 SEK). If required: A sibling discount of 300 SEK off the standard price is available for additional participating siblings. You decide for yourselves whether this is necessary.
